1. What this site is
crossovr.io is the public information site for the Crossover project, a community-powered initiative that funds Solana validator infrastructure and uses the proceeds to buy back the Crossover token.
This site publishes information. It is not an exchange, a broker, a custodian or a financial institution, and it does not take custody of anyone’s funds. Crossover is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, or any exchange, wallet, explorer or data provider named or linked anywhere on this site.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any token or other asset. No content here is tailored to your circumstances, because we do not know them. Decide for yourself, do your own research, and take professional advice that is regulated in your own jurisdiction before committing anything you cannot afford to lose.
It is your responsibility to know whether holding or trading this token is lawful where you live, and to meet your own tax obligations.
3. Risk warning
Digital assets are volatile and high risk. The value of the Crossover token can fall as well as rise, and you may lose the entire amount you put in. Past performance says nothing about future results. Buy-backs, validator revenue and any other mechanism described on this site depend on conditions that may change, and none of them guarantees a price, a return, a yield, or a market for the token.
4. Forward-looking statements
Roadmaps, plans, timelines and projections published on this site or in our whitepaper and press releases describe what we currently intend, not what is promised. They rest on assumptions that may turn out to be wrong, and they may change or be abandoned without notice. Do not treat them as commitments.
5. No warranty
This site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on it is accurate, complete or current.
6. Price and market data
The price and market-cap figures displayed on this site are supplied by third-party sources (currently Jupiter and DEX Screener). They are indicative only, may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and may disagree with each other or with the price you actually receive. We do not verify them and are not responsible for them. Always confirm on the venue where you intend to trade.
7. Blockchain data and the token contract
The Crossover token exists on the Solana blockchain. On-chain transactions are public, permanent and irreversible — we cannot reverse, cancel, refund or recover a transaction, and we cannot recover a lost private key or seed phrase.

Always verify the mint address before trading. Any other token claiming to be Crossover is not ours.
8. Impersonation and scams
We will never ask you for a seed phrase or private key, and we will never ask you to connect a wallet in order to claim, verify, unlock or rescue tokens. crossovr.io does not ask you to connect a wallet anywhere. Treat any message, site, airdrop, giveaway or “support” account that does so as fraudulent, regardless of how closely it copies our branding. Our official channels are the ones linked from the home page; anything else is not us.
9. Third-party links
This site links to exchanges, block explorers, market-data providers, social platforms and articles operated by other people. Those links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk under their terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Crossover project nor its contributors, operators or affiliates are liable for any loss or damage — including lost profits, lost tokens, lost data, trading losses or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — arising out of or in connection with this site, its content, or your reliance on it, whether or not we were advised that such loss was possible.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The Crossover name, logo, site design and original written content are the property of the Crossover project. Third-party names and logos shown on this site — exchanges, explorers, publications and platforms — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may quote or link to our published material with attribution; please do not reproduce it in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
