Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.
1. Who we are
This policy covers crossovr.io only — the public information site for the Crossover token. It does not cover the separate Crossover community platform at crossovr.me, which has its own accounts and its own privacy policy, and it does not cover any third-party site we link to.
There are no user accounts on crossovr.io. You can read every page on this site without identifying yourself. We only receive personal information if you choose to fill in one of the two forms described below.
2. What we collect
2a. Founder’s NFT registration form
Submitted from the NFT Signup button on the home page. Name and email are required; everything else is optional.

2c. Server logs
Like effectively every website, our web server records each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the HTTP status, your browser’s user-agent string and the referring page. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with the form data above.
2d. What we do not collect
- No passwords — there is nothing to log in to.
- No payment or card details. This site does not process payments.
- No wallet connection. Nothing on this site asks you to connect a Solana wallet or sign a transaction. If a page claiming to be Crossover asks you to connect a wallet or enter a seed phrase, it is not us.
- No advertising or analytics profiling, and no data brokers.
3. Cookies and tracking
crossovr.io sets no cookies at all. There is no session cookie, no analytics cookie and no advertising or tracking pixel on this site. We do not use browser local storage. Because we set no cookies, there is no cookie banner and nothing for you to consent to or opt out of.
4. How we use your information
- To contact you about the Founder’s NFT release, if you registered for it.
- To reply to a promoter or partnership enquiry you sent us.
- To send project updates of the kind you selected, where you asked for them.
- To keep the site online, secure and working (server logs only).
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Form submissions are stored on our own server and are seen only by the people running the Crossover project. We would disclose information to a third party only where we are legally required to, or where it is genuinely necessary to investigate abuse or protect someone’s safety.
6. Third-party services and links
The live price and market-cap figures shown on this site are fetched by our server from Jupiter and DEX Screener. Your browser never contacts them, so those services do not receive your IP address through this site.
This site does link out to exchanges, block explorers, Medium, Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site, under their privacy policy, not this one. We have no control over what they collect.
Note also that the Solana blockchain is public. Any on-chain transaction involving the Crossover token is permanently visible to anyone, by design, and is outside our control.
7. Storage, security and retention
Form submissions are stored in a database on our server, which sits behind HTTPS and a web application firewall. Access is limited to the project’s operators. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
We keep registration and enquiry details for as long as the project has a reason to contact you about what you signed up for, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Server logs are rotated on a rolling basis and are kept for a short period only.
8. Your rights
Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you;
- Correct anything that is wrong;
- Delete your details entirely;
- Stop contacting you, while keeping a minimal record so we do not re-add you.
Email info@crossovr.io from the address you registered with and we will action it. There is no charge, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU or another region with statutory data-protection rights, those rights apply and nothing in this policy limits them.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted details to us, contact info@crossovr.io and we will remove them.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting people already on our list will be communicated by email where we hold a valid address.
